Welcome to the Larry Chen Photo Experience at the LZ World Tour event in Ireland’s Mondello Park on July 22nd & 23rd, 2023 – Giving you an opportunity to learn from the best AND get unlimited access to the best vantage points available to witness all of the action!
At the LZ World Tour event in Ireland this July, you have the chance to experience what it is like to be a Media Member at an LZ World Tour event, whilst getting to learn from professional automotive photographer, Larry Chen & his team.
After attending the official event media briefing and collecting your LZ World Tour Photo Experience media vest, you get to shoot trackside with Larry Chen all day, right next to the action, as well as having unlimited access to all trackside, hot grid and paddock locations. Larry and his team will also be taking you around the track for a guided 1-hour shooting session, as well as being available to answer any questions you may have.
Included in a 1-day Larry Chen Photo Experience ticket (Saturday & Sunday tickets available) is the following:
- One hour photo clinic on action photography with Larry Chen and his crew on track.
- Includes general admission ticket.
- Unlimited track side access for the day – The best vantage point to watch the drifting and also get amazing content of your favourite drivers and cars.
- Unlimited access to the Hot Grid & Paddock areas.
- Ability to ask questions of Larry Chen and his team throughout the event.
- Attend the official event media briefing (Required) & receive your LZ World Tour media vest to keep.
The Larry Chen Photo Experience will run on both Saturday, 22nd & Sunday, 23rd July, with the cost of a 1-day ticket (Saturday & Sunday tickets available) being €185.00, including admission.
Spots for both days of the Larry Chen Photo Experience are super limited due to space constraints, so make sure you get your tickets right away from the Mondello Park website.
Please note that you must provide your own camera. You may also have to climb large steps and hills to get to shooting locations. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase this ticket.
Things to bring:
- Closed toe shoes (Comfortable walking shoes recommended)
- Camera gear, Extra batteries and memory cards
- Sunscreen, Hat, rain protection
- No selfie sticks – Tripods and monopods are ok.
- Extra water and snacks
- Ear and eye protection strongly recommended (Some tracks will reach 125db in volume)
- Suggested focal lengths for still photos 24-70mm and 70-200mm (35mm full frame equivalent)
- You may use any recording device, including your phone as well
- No drones allowed
